Joseph是工業設計師，支持運用設計思維促進社會創新，曾參與不同社會項目，涉及議題包括健康護理、老齡人口等。他亦是Designing Your Life課程認證導師，推崇設計思維，熱愛為個人及機構教授及安排設計思維工作坊。Joseph投身設計行業前修畢工商管理碩士課程，曾於美國演藝界和授權業工作，現時為攝影師和錄像師，為社交媒體製作影片及主持節目。

DTIA & Newgig 創辦人 黃思遠

黃思遠是亞洲設計思維項目的企業家和教育家，多次在初創企業和創新社群中演講並擔任導師。他亦是一位傳道人。他是Dory Network Technology的共同創辦人，專注於以設計和科技於全球擴大社會共益影響力。他亦是亞洲非牟利設計思維社區Design Thinking in Action的創辦人兼首席策展人。

About speakers

Steve Lawrence

Steve helps the executive to lead and develop their teams with influence and impact. He is the Founder of Headfirst Group, executive coach, and systemic team coach. He had 20 years of experience working for Cathay Pacific Airways and Cathay Dragon as a Head of Learning and Development.

Nicholas Wai

Nicholas has more than 10 years of managerial experience in banking and manufacturing before becoming an executive and career coach in 2011. He coaches clients in a broad range of industries, trains and mentors coaches in Mainland China, and is one of the appointed alumni career coaches for London Business School in the Asia Pacific region.

Joanne Chan

Joanne’s mission is to help those who have been suffering from chronic conditions to ignite their self-healing power to achieve optimal health. Along with various natural healing modalities, she incorporates life and health coaching tools in her approach. As a certified Life and Executive Coach, she is the founding member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (APAC).

Do you often compare your ability to those around you and think they may be more intelligent than you?

When faced with a new role and additional responsibilities requiring new competencies, our self-belief can be destabilized by self-doubt which hinders success if not managed effectively.

How do you build self-belief in times of crisis and change?

People who have a strong sense of self-belief approach challenges in terms of how to handle them rather than worrying about what can go wrong in order to succeed. According to Albert Bandura, ‘In order to succeed people need a sense of self-efficacy. Self-efficacy is a person’s belief in their ability to complete tasks and achieve goals.’ If you are interested in learning about ways to enhance your self-belief, we welcome you to join us.

15+ years of training and coaching experience Adjunct Lecturer of HKU Space in the Executive Diploma Course in Coaching and Mentoring Delivery of leadership training courses and customer service programs for clients including Adidas Asia Pacific and Qatar Airways, Doha. Providing executive coaching services for professional women in career transition.

Victoria Crawford has been a training and learning development consultant for over 35 years. She has previously worked for the English Schools Foundation and Cathay Pacific Airways. Victoria has also worked as a Senior Consultant in the Middle East delivering airline crew training programs for first and business class services.

Victoria established her own consultancy practice, CTC HK Limited, in 2008. CTC provides training courses on customer service, communication and leadership skills. She is also an experienced executive coach in the Asia Pacific region.

Victoria graduated with a BA in Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University and has an MA in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University/HKU. Certifications include DISC, Behavioural Assessment and Observation Skills, Image and Communication Skills for Women. She is currently completing her Coaching Supervision accreditation from Oxford Brookes and is an adjunct lecturer for HKU SPACE.

蔡明都先生曾創辦顧問公司，協助企業尋找合適的人力資源，提供融資，商業策 略及業務拓展等服務。他現任 ParticleX 粒子創投加速器首席探索官，是一家致 力於促進本地科技初創企業與深圳各方面資源建立對接渠道與策略合作的投資公 司與加速孵化器。蔡先生曾擔任畢馬威中國拓展創業與創新顧問。在此之前，他 為香港中文大學創業研究中心服務長達八年之久，籌辦了「香港社會企業挑戰 賽」（簡稱 HKSEC），開拓「中大校友創業普查」計畫，於 2014 年與台歌公司 合作策劃全港年青人創業訓練計畫「EYE Program」，旨在鼓勵本港年青創業家 和大學生創業創新，邁向國際，推動香港成為更有活力的創業之都。

蔡先生經常接受傳媒採訪發表有關創業趨勢的獨到見解，曾被 TVB「我要做老 闆」的節目邀請擔任專業評審。蔡先生在工作之餘熱心校友事務， 現任數個中大 校友組織理事及委員，2009 年他創立了 AIESEC 香港區校友會並擔任創會主席。 蔡先生亦與一群熱心社會企業人士創辦「香港社會效益分析師學會」及「香港國 金獅子會」。此外，鑑於蔡先生在年輕人創業及社會創新的工作經驗與貢獻，香 港政府特委任其為青年發展基金工作小組增選委員及社會企業諮詢委員會委員。 蔡先生致力推動香港創科發展，經常為科技初創比賽及大學的創業支援計劃擔任 專業評審。蔡先生目前是智慧城市聯盟，香港電子科技商會，香港天使投資脈絡 董事會成員及數碼港投資者網絡會員。此外，蔡先生亦在香港總商會及香港工業 總會出任不同功能小組委員會委員，以廣泛地服務科技創新與創業群體。
