Throughout our career journey, we face different paths of changing jobs, switching career paths or even changing the mode of employment due to various kinds of reasons. While making an important decision or a change, it’s easy to feel stress, loss, or frustration.
In Newgig, we believe moving to the next step takes the course of looking into personal motivation, value, belief and life stages, with a combination of external environments. Such a complicated process is never easy to work alone. We hope by providing a variety of quality information for people to understand themselves and understand the world better to make an informed and educated decision, which leads to a more fulfilling life.
On top of that, with the recent pandemic, the economy is moving drastically, and digitalization has come much earlier. We hope to help transform our workforce to be ready for the future of work by providing information on upskilling.

3. Help lowering the barriers to learn, to shadow, or to enter a new field.

WE WANT TO HELP
Started in Nov, 2020. Newgig.me is organized by a group of professionals, corporations, and field experts. We are all volunteers passionate about helping white-collar educated workforces to look for alternatives and figure out their next step in life. We would like to help those motivated individuals to find the path that best suits them and lower the transition barrier. We believe within each of us, talents and potentials are waiting to be discovered and we are here to help.

He is a senior executive with over 20 years of general management and working experience in 5 international cities- Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, San Francisco and Hanoi. Also a leading design thinking evangelist, corporate practitioner and educator in Asia. He is also a frequent speaker and mentor in the startup and innovation communities.
He specializes in strategic planning, loyalty marketing, CRM, analytics, insight-driven innovation, eCommerce, sales, digital marketing.
